How quickly can a campaign go live?
It depends on how quickly we can pull everything together and get your approval on the creative. Once you're happy with the ads, we go live as soon as possible after that. We work fast — but we won't launch until you're happy with what we've built.
Do I need to provide creative or photos?
We'll work with the photographs you already have. If the quality isn't sufficient to turn into video, we'll arrange to take 8–10 photographs of the home specifically for that purpose. Everything else — floor plan, 3D tour, ad graphics, landing page — is handled by us as part of the setup fee.
Who controls the ad budget?
You do. You pay Meta directly — we never touch your ad spend. You can push the budget up or down at any time depending on the results you're seeing. No markups, no percentage cuts.
What can I share with my seller?
You can generate a clean PDF report from your dashboard to share with your seller. It shows the results that matter to them — number of visitors, video views, and enquiries — without the technical detail of ad testing. Simple, professional, and easy to understand.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Every campaign is engagement-by-engagement. You use us when you need us. We earn your repeat business through results, not contracts.
What happens to the assets at the end of a campaign?
The ad creatives we build are yours to keep. The landing page stays live for 6 months at no extra cost — if the property sells before then, great. If you want to keep it running after 6 months, you can continue hosting for just $27 per quarter.
Not every listing needs the same solution — and we'd rather tell you that upfront than take your money. We ask a few questions first so we can understand where your listing is at, what's already been tried, and whether our approach is genuinely going to move the needle.
